Director of Branch Development, Branch Manager & Dispensing Optician
Krish joined Leightons in 2004, initially as a mobile dispensing optician where he worked throughout Leightons store network developing a comprehensive understanding of the business. Krish’s next move was to the role of Manager, where he helped develop and grow Leightons flagship branch in Farnham.
Krish was appointed to Director of Branch Development in July 2011, where he combines his passion for customer service, dispensing and management to help develop Leightons business across the group.
In his spare time, Krish enjoys motor racing, travelling and is a keen runner.
Favourite book: Long Walk to Freedom by Nelson Mandela.
Before joining our team at Leightons Farnham, Adnan spent almost 13 years working for a high street optical and hearing care chain.

Jo started with Leightons in May 1998. She works in both the Camberley and Farnham branches. She enjoys all aspects of Optometry, with a special interest in visual stress and the alleviation of it through coloured overlays and tinted spectacles. In her spare time, her hobbies include swimming, gardening, cooking, keeping fit and reading.
Jo is a local Farnham girl who has been part of Leightons for over 10 years. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with Coco the Pug and her friends and family. She also loves travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Wendy joins the Farnham team as Customer Experience Host following a very varied career within sales and the optical industry.

Katie joined the team in Farnham as an Optical Hearing Assistant following her transition from retail to optical. Aside from joining Leightons, a particular career highlight for Katie was her time as a counter manager for a high-end skincare brand, during which she got to spend a lot of time educating customers about skincare.

Lucie’s favourite part of her role at Leightons is being able to build relationships with patients and support them through their whole optical or hearing journey. She loves that every day brings something different, and that she has consistent opportunities to learn new skills and advance herself. Outside work, Lucie enjoys walking and hiking with her dog and spending time on the coast. She also likes paddleboarding (in nice weather!) as well as other watersports. In her spare time, she loves travelling and exploring new places.
Debbie had worked in the optical industry for five years before deciding to venture into the world of audiology as a Wax Removal Clinician at Leightons.

She is able to provide her patients with a service that can really change their hearing and day-to-day life. She also loves to build a rapport with all her patients and the opportunity to do so is something she finds very rewarding.
