Professor Wilson is a specialist knee surgeon who qualified with a BSc in Biochemistry from Manchester University in 1989 and then went on to study medicine at St Bartholomew’s medical school, graduating in 1994. He did his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Brisbane Orthopaedic Centre with Peter Myers in 2004.
Mr Raghbir Khakha is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with an exclusive interest in disorders of the knee. He has particular expertise in knee joint preservation surgery including cartilage repair, ligament reconstruction and osteotomy surgery. He has been fellowship trained in unicompartmental joint replacement, total knee replacement and revision of failed joint replacement surgery.
Dr Hammond completed his medical education at Edinburgh Medical School and underwent training in general medicine and rheumatology across various locations such as Bristol, Bath, and London. This included notable institutions like The Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases (known as the Mineral Water Hospital) in Bath, The Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, and St Bart’s Hospital in London.
Dr. Qaiser Malik is a highly accomplished Consultant MSK Radiologist and Clinical Director of Radiology at MSE NHS Trust, which is one of the largest DGH trusts in the country. In his role, he oversees a substantial budget of approximately £50 million and is responsible for managing a team of over 60 radiologists and 500 staff members. Additionally, Dr. Malik serves as the lead medical appraiser for BTUH, where he ensures the appraisal process for 300 doctors runs smoothly.
