Dr Mehma Rai is an experienced GP in the NHS and private sector. She has further accreditation in nutrition and women's health. She has also further training as a GP with specialist interest in clinical dermatology and skin care. She did her undergraduate medical training at Kings College London (MBBS) where she also completed a BSc in nutrition.
Dr Oliver Rabie is a highly experienced and professional GP who is also an accredited and certified both in Sport & Exercise Medicine and in Lifestyle Medicine.
He did his undergraduate medical training at Keele University School of Medicine and completed a BSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. After spending a year working in different Emergency Medicine departments in London he completed his GP training in City and Hackney.
Dr Jessica Howitt is an experienced GP and certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, working in both the NHS and private sector. She studied Medicine at the University of Sheffield (MBCHB), and completed her postgraduate GP training at King’s College Hospital, London. She is a member of the Royal College of GPs (MRCGP) and also holds postgraduate diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG) and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (Dip IBLM/BSLM). She is currently undertaking a Health Coaching certification from the National Society of Health Coaches.
She studied Medicine at Leeds University (MBChB) where she also completed a BSc in Anatomy. Before becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), Dr Verney gained a wealth of experience over several years in hospital medicine predominantly at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, including Emergency Medicine (MRCEM), Acute Medicine and Intensive Care. Charlotte holds the Lifestyle Medicine Diploma (Dip IBLM/BSLM) and has completed training in Coaching for Health.
