Dr Harland is recognised nationally as an expert in the field of laser treatment of skin diseases.

Dr Harland’s specialims in the field of laser treatment of skin diseases include laser ablation of rare, serious medical conditions such as lymphangiomata, hailey-hailey disease, tuberose sclerosis and epidermal naevi.

His other interests include skin cancer surgery, and medical education. Currently, he is clinical sub dean for the trust, and for St. George’s University of London.

With a special interest in Dermatology and Aesthetics, Dr Torkan Hirbod has spent the past six years deepening her experience and knowledge of Dermatology by working alongside Consultant Dermatologists in the running of rapid access clinics at two NHS Trust hospitals.

Dr Torkan has successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology at Queen Mary College, University of London (2007-2008) and has, over the past 6 years, also taken courses in various aspects of Aesthetics.

Dr Patalay trained in the UK and has more than 10 years of experience treating skin disease in the NHS. Dr Patalay currently works as a full time Consultant Dermatologist and Dermatology Surgeon at St Thomas’ Hospital.

His expertise at this national centre of excellence is performing skin surgery and using lasers with specialist experience managing conditions like acne, acne scarring, rosacea, birthmarks, moles and skin cancers. He is also experienced in all aspects of cosmetic treatments.

He is clinical lead for an international teaching diploma and regularly teaches GPs, junior doctors in the UK and abroad. He is an advisor to the UK dermatology clinical trials network, published in numerous scientific and clinical journals, contributed to book chapters and is invited to speak nationally and internationally.

He is committed to provide individualised, unbiased advice to patients, supporting them to choose the right treatment & to deliver at an exceptionally high standard.
